What coaching is
Be 100 Club coaching is a collaborative, motivational, and educational process. It may support reflection, goal-setting, decision-making, accountability, habits, and action. The client remains responsible for decisions, participation, and results.
What coaching is not
Coaching is not:
- Psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, or mental-health treatment.
- Medical treatment, crisis intervention, or emergency support.
- Legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice.
- A promise of employment, income, health, relationship, or personal outcomes.
When another professional is appropriate
Seek help from a qualified clinician, attorney, financial professional, or other licensed expert when your needs fall within their field. Coaching may be paused or declined when a different form of care appears more appropriate.
Emergencies and crisis support
The website, forms, email, and coaching service are not monitored as emergency channels. If you may harm yourself or someone else, are in immediate danger, or need urgent care, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource now.
No guaranteed outcome
Examples, exercises, and encouragement are not guarantees. Progress differs by person and depends on many factors beyond the coach’s control. Any final coaching agreement will describe the specific service, responsibilities, communication boundaries, fees, and cancellation terms.
Questions about fit
If these boundaries are clear and the approach feels useful, explore the coaching overview or send a coaching inquiry. An inquiry is not a commitment and does not establish a coaching relationship.
