Food stories and a live book club

Wednesday 100

One Wednesday begins around a dish. The next brings readers together live. Both make room for a story, an honest reflection, and one useful next move.

A food story one Wednesday. A live book-club gathering the next—one email each week.

The alternating rhythm

A different kind of pause each Wednesday.

The public archive and weekly email follow the same two-part rhythm: a food story one week, then a live book-club gathering the next.
A grazing board arranged with cheeses, cured meats, crackers, fruit, olives, nuts, and edible flowers.
Food-story Wednesday

One dish. One story. One lesson. One challenge.

Food opens the conversation, a lived moment gives it shape, and a small challenge carries the lesson into the rest of the week.

Book-club Wednesday

Read together. Talk honestly. Leave with a question worth keeping.

Book-club sessions run from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. Central: 15 minutes for the last book-club hot takes, 40 minutes reading and talking with chat, and 5 minutes to close and park new hot takes for the next book session two weeks later.

Useful between Wednesdays

The kitchen and reading room stay open.

No live date or finished edition is required. Use these evergreen notes to cook, read, reflect, and bring a stronger question to the next gathering.
