Inquiries are not agreements
Sending a form, joining a list, or requesting a call does not create a coach-client relationship, reserve a speaking date, or obligate either party to proceed. Services begin only after scope, terms, and any required payment are confirmed in a separate written agreement.
Respectful use
You agree not to:
- Use the site unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harm another person.
- Attempt to bypass security, overwhelm the service, or gain unauthorized access.
- Submit malicious code, automated spam, or information you have no right to share.
- Misrepresent your identity or falsely imply an endorsement or relationship.
Content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, site copy, visual design, program names, and original materials belong to Be 100 Club or are used with permission. You may view and share links for personal, noncommercial use. Reproducing, adapting, selling, or presenting materials as your own requires prior written permission. Client-supplied photography and other third-party materials remain subject to the rights and permissions granted by their owners.
Your submissions
You keep ownership of information you submit. You give Be 100 Club permission to use it only as reasonably necessary to respond, administer your request, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Do not send confidential creative work or materials that require a separate nondisclosure agreement through a public form.
Third-party services
Calendar, email, social, and other external links are provided for convenience. Be 100 Club does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
Availability and limitation
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. Be 100 Club may correct, change, suspend, or remove content when needed and does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Be 100 Club is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from website use.
