Who this notice covers
This notice applies to information submitted through be100club.com and to limited technical information generated when you use the site. It does not govern the privacy practices of third-party websites that you choose to visit.
Information we collect
Inquiries
Contact, coaching, and speaking forms may collect your name, email address, organization, event or coaching context, preferences, and the message you choose to provide. Please do not submit medical records, government identifiers, financial account information, or other unnecessary sensitive data.
Subscriptions and consent
Wednesday 100 forms collect the contact details and marketing permission needed to manage your request. Records may include the date, source page, and confirmation status so consent can be documented and honored. Historical consent records from a retired interest list may be preserved only to document the earlier request, honor unsubscribe or suppression choices, and meet legal obligations; the website no longer promotes that list.
Technical and attribution information
The site may record security and operational details such as request time, a limited or hashed network identifier, browser information, referring page, campaign tags, and delivery status. Application logs are designed to avoid message content and other direct personal details.
How information is used
- Respond to messages and assess coaching or speaking fit.
- Deliver requested emails and manage confirmation or unsubscribe requests.
- Protect forms, investigate misuse, and keep the website reliable.
- Understand website use when you allow optional analytics.
- Maintain records needed to administer services and meet legal obligations.
Be 100 Club does not sell personal information or use website data for targeted advertising.
Service providers
Information is handled with providers that support the website: Google Cloud and Firebase for hosting and secure record storage; the Be 100 Club email system and Google Workspace for acknowledgment, subscription confirmation, and email delivery; Google Calendar if you choose an external scheduling link; YouTube for live book-club video, chat, and replays; and Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics only after analytics permission is granted.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. A scheduling or social link opens a separate service whose practices are controlled by that provider.
The embedded YouTube player stays disconnected until you choose to load it. You can instead open the watch or chat page directly. Loading the player or opening YouTube may send YouTube and Google information such as your IP address, browser details, referring page, cookies, and signed-in account activity under their policies.
Cookies and privacy choices
A small browser-storage record remembers whether you allowed analytics. Essential storage is used for that choice and basic security. Analytics remains off until you select “Allow analytics,” and advertising consent remains off. Use “Privacy choices” in the footer to change the selection on this device.
Retention and security
Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, including follow-up, consent history, security, and legal or accounting obligations. Be 100 Club uses access controls, encrypted connections, server-side validation, and restricted database rules. No online system can promise absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal information. Use the contact form and choose a general inquiry. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.
Adults only
The website and services are intended for adults. Be 100 Club does not knowingly collect personal information from children through these forms.
